Can you match the expiring continuity date / prior and pending litigation date?

Our definition of continuity date means “the inception date or if you have maintained uninterrupted insurance of the same type, the earliest date this insurance was first incepted with us or with another insurer. For the purposes of this Definition, each Insuring Clause is considered separately.” Therefore, we do not need to specifically state the continuity date if they comply with this definition. This is subject otherwise to the full policy terms and conditions.
