How does my client find the password to open the documents?
Once your client downloads the app and signs in with their policy number, the decryption key can be found within the app. *Please be cautious not to confuse 0’s with O’s when entering the policy number.* They can then use the decryption key to unlock the policy documents that you, the broker, has sent them. Please note, no policy documents are kept in the app.
My client’s login isn’t working
The app and decryption key will only be accessible once the policy has incepted. The app and policy documents cannot be accessed before the cover has begun.

How many people can download the app?
As many people as necessary. We don’t have a maximum figure however, we do advice only required people download and use the app.
